Abstract

This paper here presents a low-cost based non-invasive optical technique which is here to assess the clarity as well as the purity of different water samples using a much laser source and noticable a photodetector. Three types of water are there—mineral water, tap (pipe) water, and also muddy water— all these three were tested for their light rated transmittance properties. A red laser (650 nm) was here mainly passed through transparent glasses containing each water sample here which mainly, also transmitted light intensity which literally was measured by using a photodetector. The results here always straightly indicate clear optical differences among the water samples process, offering a simple but yet most effective method for preliminary water quality assessment in this manner.
