Abstract
Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) is becoming well-known for its capacity to lower stress, restore neurochemical equilibrium, and promote beneficial behavioral change. Systematic detoxification and emotional control have become fundamental pillars of general well-being in an age of growing psychological stress and sensory overstimulation. EFT combines cognitive restructuring with acupressure-based tapping on particular meridian points to treat emotional suffering and physiological imbalance as a psychophysiological therapy. Beyond its immediate psychological advantages, new data point to EFT also regulating important biochemical processes connected to inflammation and oxidative stress, mechanisms critically involved in chronic ailments and impaired detoxification. This makes EFT also a hopeful supplement in holistic health management rather than only a tool for emotional resilience. It investigates how EFT alters the limbic system, increases parasympathetic tone, and fosters neurocognitive resilience, therefore assisting both somatic detoxification and emotional balance.
