Analysis Of Perceptions of the Readiness of Healthcare Human Resources as Support for the Digitalization of Health Services in Banten Province

Abstract
The digitalization of health services is a key strategy to improve access, quality, and efficiency of care in Banten Province, Indonesia, addressing challenges like limited facilities, healthcare human resources and unequal access. This study aims to formulate effective strategies for implementing digitalization to enhance health service delivery, focusing on the readiness of health personnel. Utilizing a qualitative descriptive method, primary data was collected through questionnaires and interviews, supplemented by secondary data from regional planning documents and evaluations. The results highlight uneven distribution of healthcare human resources and varying levels of digital readiness among health facilities. Key challenges include inadequate infrastructure, limited digital literacy, and the need for more comprehensive training and support for healthcare human resources to ensure successful digital transformation. Limitation of the research strongly highlights a critical shortage of technical support personnel as a primary bottleneck impact to leaving a data gap regarding the precise quantitative deficit of IT human resources across Banten Province. The recommendation research conduct training on the use of digital health technology and provide adequate incentives and facilities for medical personnel and IT personnel and allocate budget for the development of digital health infrastructure for General Regions Hospitals and Community Health Centers.
